Excellence is not something that is reserved for the elite few. Now that I am in the best shape of my life, I realize that I no longer have to settle for mediocrity. All the experts tell us that, “This is the first generation that is expected to have a shorter life expectancy than their parents.” It’s not a specific school or degree that made me so knowledgeable it’s the fact that I’ve lived through gaining weight and losing weight and discovered how the combination of proper exercise, nutrition, and motivation can lead to lasting results in appearance, fitness, and overall health.
